Llanddona - Agy 25

St Dona Church

The church is located close to the seashore at the eastern end of Red Wharf Bay. It was entirely rebuilt in 1873. Only a repaired 15th century moulded doorway (showing a bird, a dog and a human face) remains of the earlier church which was established in 610.. This has been reset in the south wall of the nave. The bell is dated 1647.It is Grade11Listed building
